1. TERMS OF PURCHASE
These general terms and conditions apply to your purchases on, and your use of, the websitemoonanponsbach.com. The terms constitute an agreement between you and Go Climbing MP8848 Handelsbolag, org. No. 969792-1428 (hereinafter referred to as "Moonan & Ponsbach").
POSSESSION OF RIGHTS
All copyright, use of Moonan & Ponsbach 's content and all copying is prohibited without written permission.
An order is confirmed only when it is received by Moonan & Ponsbach and payment has been approved. Order confirmation will be sent to the specified email address when you have completed your purchase.
Items may be sold out during a visit to Moonan & Ponsbach, and the current stock and availability are automatically updated when you arrive at the checkout.
We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of the order.
We reserve the right to only accept orders from people over 18 years of age.
4. PAYMENT OPTIONS
Klarna Checkout guarantees your goods. So you never have to pay if you have not received your goods.
Choose invoice, account, VISA Mastercard or internet banking, all without fees.
Through Klarna Checkout, you are offered various options for payment for purchases made at affiliated stores. Klarna Checkout presents certain information to you as soon as you are identified. The information you need to provide to achieve identification may vary between different purchases and customers. No credit information is ever taken directly in Klarna Checkout, but if necessary, the payment option you have chosen. Credit information taken by Klarna does not affect your creditworthiness and can not be seen by others who request credit information about you, such as banks. 5. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Your order is processed and delivered within 1-3 days with certain exceptions such as e.g. inventory, holidays and sale. Moonan & Ponsbach can not be held responsible for delays caused by shipping companies.
If a delivery is delayed or cannot be sent due to stock balance or other reasons, the customer will be informed of this as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after the order is placed. The customer can then cancel and refund at no extra cost.
5.1 TRANSPORT DAMAGES / MISSING GOODS
If, upon receipt of your package, you discover that the consignment is visibly damaged during transport, this must be reported immediately to: firstname.lastname@example.org
If you discover during unpacking that the contents are damaged or that goods are missing, you are obliged to contact as a customer Moonan & Ponsbach 'customer service (email@example.com) at the latest within 7 calendar days of receipt of goods.
5.2 INCORRECT GOODS / INFORMATION
If Moonan & Ponsbach would send defective or damaged products, reserves Moonan & Ponsbach reserves the right to return all products in their original condition. The customer must return the defective item to Moonan & Ponsbach within 14 days. Shipping is paid for by Moonan & Ponsbach.
6. RETURN AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a customer within the EU, you have the right to cancel your purchase against a valid order receipt within 14 calendar days after you have received your goods. The product must be returned in salable condition in original packaging. All returned goods are sent back together with order number and contact information. If you discover a production defect, the goods can be complained against a valid receipt. In that case, contact customer service as soon as possible: email@example.com
Product damaged as a result of wear and tear is not considered defective. In the case of approved complaints Moonan & Ponsbach for all additional costs. Moonan & Ponsbach follows the Consumer Purchase Act in the event of complaints, for more information visit konsumentverket.se.
6.2 CHANGE OF ORDERS
Once you have completed a purchase and received an order confirmation, we will start processing the order in our system and in our warehouse. Once the package has left the warehouse, there is no possibility to change your order. If you discover errors in the specified contact information, it is your duty to contact customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org). We do not take responsibility for orders sent to an incorrect one given address by a consumer.
6.3 EXCHANGE OF GOODS
In the event of any requests for exchanges of goods, the customer is asked to contact our customer service as soon as possible: email@example.com
7. FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of force majeure, our obligations are postponed via Moonan & Ponsbach up. In the event of force majeure, both the customer and Moonan & Ponsbach the right to terminate, in whole or in part, any agreement without any obligation to pay damages or fulfill any obligations. Force majeure usually refers to, but does not limit us to, natural disasters, wars, strikes, import / export bans, transport disruptions and illness, regardless of whether this occurs with us as a company or with our suppliers. ”
